Immediately after your place your order, our artist will start to creat your unique pet art. Please allow 2-3 days for the design to be completed, and another 3-4 days for the product to be shipped. You can expect 2-3 weeks delivery time from when you placed your order to the time your receive your unique pet art. We promise it's worth the wait! 

Because each order is uniquely made for your personal wishes, we unfortunately cannot offer returns. Therefore, be extra careful when you create your order. Check whether the text, date and any photo is exactly as you want it before you place your order. If you have ordered, we will always send a sample of the end result for approval before we send your order. 

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 2 hours after ordering. If you want to cancel it afterwards, we will have to charge a drawing fee of $ 10 per pet because we have already started drawing your illustration.
